This type of article is created to present new data from a clinical trial.
Other than meetings sponsored by national healthcare and physician organizations, this is the only method for disseminating the data
generated in a clinical trial. The article usually consists of an introduction
to the topic, the methods used to complete the study, the results of
the study, and a discussion on how the results fit in with what is already known about the subject.
